The Sales Property Advisor is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, presenting and marketing properties, and achieving sales targets. Based in Doha, Qatar, this role involves a dynamic combination of client engagement, market analysis, and negotiations to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Your Role :
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Property Listings: Present and market properties effectively to potential buyers or renters, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape to provide accurate information to clients.
- Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the success of the team.
- Client Follow-Up: Provide post-sales support and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
