As a Telesales Agent at The Pearl Gates, your primary role is to generate sales leads and convert them into potential clients. Working primarily over the phone, you will make outbound calls to prospective customers, handle inbound inquiries, and focus on selling real estate properties, including houses, apartments, commercial spaces, and land.

Your Role :

  • Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify target demographics and gather contact information.
  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce the company, and establish rapport.
  • Respond to Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information about properties and services.
  • Property Presentations: Present property details effectively, emphasizing unique features and benefits.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess client needs, budgets, and preferences to determine lead quality.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Follow-up: Nurture leads through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Sales Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations to close deals with favorable terms.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about real estate trends, property pricing, and legal requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless processes.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Compliance: Adhere to legal and ethical standards in real estate transactions.

Required Attributes :

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales or real estate sales.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Basic knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and legalities.
