How To Go To The Pearl Qatar by Metro
Visiting the colorful Pearl Qatar island has never been easier. The Doha Metro's free Metrolink service now connects the Legtaifiya station on the Red Line to The Pearl Qatar.
Doha Metro commenced operations on September 1, 2020, and opened Legtaifiya station on the Red Line, one of the interchange stations between Doha Metro and Lusail Tram, bringing the total number of stations to 37.
If you are on the Gold Line or the Green Line, you can transfer to the Red Line at Musheirib.
Once you reach the Legtaifiya station, you must board the M110 Metrolink bus, which will transport you across the island of The Pearl Qatar.
There are several climate-controlled and covered bus stops at The Pearl Qatar where the Metrolink bus drops off and picks up Doha Metro passengers.
At the bus stations, there are seating areas with outlets for charging electronic devices. Always wearing the face mask is required. Food and drink are not permitted inside.
The first bus departs daily at 5:49 am, except on Fridays, when it departs at 1:49 pm. On weekdays, the last bus departs at 10:01 p.m., and on Thursdays and Fridays, it departs at 11:01 p.m.
The bus stations are approximately 15 minutes from the metro station, and buses operate generally every 12 minutes.
The Pearl Qatar offers spectacular vistas, restaurants, and cafes, as well as an evening promenade. Passengers will be asked to provide their Ehteraz app health status and have their temperature tested in order to enter stations. Only passengers with a green health status and body temperatures below 37.8 degrees Celsius will be allowed to board. Face masks must be worn inside of stations and onboard for the duration of the ride. Security and customer service personnel will monitor all precautions.
Any anyone who does not comply with the security measures will be denied access to the network or asked to leave.
